Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately, items purchased can NOT be shipped to P.O. boxes.

 

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. For all deliveries, please remember to present your government issued photo ID and provide your full name and phone number at the time of receipt. Please note that our courier service may refuse to deliver your order if your government issued photo ID is not presented.

 

What if I missed the delivery of my order?

How can I track my order?

GUESS will send emails for every update during processing of your order to keep you informed of the status of your purchase.

 

Orders are delivered by our Courier Partners. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been dispatched, which will allow you to track delivery your order.

 

 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return & Exchange of items is permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt upon presentation of the original receipt. Your refund is processed as per your original payment method.
  • Return & Exchange of non-defective items will be accepted only if they are in a good sellable condition.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on earrings and swimwear due to hygienic reasons.
  • You may return and exchange the product(s) in store, including Online Outlet. Please note that products bought in outlet store can be only exchanged in Outlet Stores only.
