Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15 day returns policy. Items must be unworn or unused and must be in a fully re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted on earrings and swimwear due to hygienic reasons.

  • You can submit an online return request using the instructions below.
  • Log into your account by clicking on ‘Sign in’ located on the top right corner on Guess.ae.
  • Under the ‘My Orders’ tab, select ‘view’ to expand the order on which you would like to request a return.
  • Request a return by clicking on the ‘'Return'’ button.
  • Within 2-3 business days, our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a pick-up time and location so you can return your item. Once received, the returned item will be checked and approved for return.
  • You will be notified by email once the return has been processed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange requests at the moment.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend you return the original item and once the refund is processed after quality check, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges in Stores are permitted on sale items within 7 days from the date of receipt. Refund on sale items is not accepted.

Exchange of non-defective items will be accepted only if they are in a good sellable condition.

Exchanges will not be accepted on earrings and swimwear due to hygienic reasons.

You may return and exchange the product(s) in store, including Online Outlet. Please note that products bought in outlet store can be only exchanged in Outlet Stores only

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

    • Cash on delivery orders: refunds will be issued as a voucher to be used on the next online purchase. Processing times can vary; customer service can provide specific details. Note: (Card on delivery) is considered as Cash on delivery
    • Credit or Debit Card: Refund back to card used: After items have been received and accepted, it takes up to 10 business days depending on the different payment providers*
    • Tabby Or Tamara: The refund will be processed for the instalments already paid, and the remaining future instalments will be cancelled. it takes up to 10 business days depending on the different payment providers.
    • Muse: Points will be credited back to the same Muse account used.

 

*Refunds for MADA payments can take up to 30 working days to reflect into your account., in accordance with MADA's terms and conditions.
